Our ITAP ( intensive training and practice) fortnight has come to an end! And what a blast it was. We visited three exceptional schools to look at three core areas and strategies.
The joy of the event was seeing how these techniques translate into different schools and adapt to the contextual needs and aims in those school. Same techniques just different flavours . The trainees then took these techniques and looked for them in their own placement schools, before having a go at implementing their version of it. of course all the way through supported by our subject leads making sure we had the subject lens on all at all times. I think it’s fair to say SWTT trainees are the best at deliberate practice group rehearsal! Whoop! Thank you to everyone that played their part in our fortnight.
